**Export Operator**

**£32,000 basic salary**

**Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm**

**Liverpool**

**Fixed-term contract for nine months**

An international logistics company in Liverpool are currently seeking an Export Operator to join their team on a nine-month fixed-term contract. The purpose of the role is to expedite outbound movements of behalf of clients. On offer is a basic salary of £32,000 working Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm.

**Please note this is a fixed-term contract for nine months.**

The duties of an Export Operator are:

- The planning and arrangement of international consignments.- Following the client's instructions and requirements by sea freight of both FCL and LCL.- Day to day invoicing and job costings.- Handling cross trade shipments.- Communication with overseas offices and partners.- Ensure all enquiries or other communications are actioned.- Ensuring the company meet data quality KPI's with the required tracking information.- Making sure queries are cleared within the KPI timeframe.- Demonstrate flexibility and team skills within the site department and ensure consistent service to clients.- Administrator the operating procedures defined by the client.- You must have export and cross trade experience.- Have an excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.- Possess a good level of IT skills.Keywords; freight; forwarding; sea; seafreight; forward; forwarder; shipping; logistics; transport; rail; import; export customs; administration; administrator; admin; customer; service; clerk; knowsley; liverpool; merseyside
