**Job Role**:
As a Junior Graphic Designer at OriGym, you will operate within a close-knit team of three, reporting directly to the Brand Manager while collaborating closely with our graphic designer and videographer.
Your role will entail seamless integration with various departments, including Tutors, Marketing, and Sales, to produce high-calibre, consistent work aligned with our brand guidelines. Across a diverse array of media platforms, you will contribute to projects ranging from web advertisements and social media content to brochures, student learning materials, and internal resources.

**Responsibilities**:
In your capacity as a member of the branding team, your key responsibilities will include:

- Executing illustration and design tasks within designated time lines.
- Cultivating innovative ideas and concepts through creative thinking.
- Conducting meticulous proofreading to ensure the delivery of accurate, high-quality work.
- Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, videographers, designers, web developers, and marketing specialists, to actualise creative visions.
- Crafting print-ready layouts with precision and attention to detail.

**Required Skills**:
To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills and attributes:

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Demonstrable expertise in vector illustration using Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of formatting and exporting artwork for both print and web mediums.
- Commitment to accuracy and meticulous attention to detail throughout the design process.
- A genuine passion for design and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to support team members as needed.
- Exceptional communication skills, coupled with the confidence to articulate ideas effectively.
- Effective time management abilities, enabling you to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Willingness to adapt to OriGym's in-house style guidelines.
- Openness to feedback and a proactive attitude towards refining designs based on input.

**Bonus / Desirable Skills**:
While not essential, the following skills would be advantageous:

- Basic animation skills for the creation of infographics.

**Qualifications & Other Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design, encompassing freelance, studio, or in-house settings.
- A degree in Graphic Design is preferred, although not mandatory.
