**PA to CEO**

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a professional PA to join a Christian mission organisation for the purpose of supporting this transformative organisation’s CEO. This will be a diverse and fast-paced role assisting with the management of the CEO’s diary, international travel booking, meeting booking and preparation, workload management, filing systems and minute taking. This role will require offering professional support to the Board of Trustees and the Senior Leadership Team

**PA to CEO Responsibilities**

As the PA to CEO some of your duties will include:

- Diary management, arrangement of meetings, preparation of necessary documentation, minute-taking.
- Supporting and monitoring CEO’s workload, prioritising deadlines
- Manage an organised and efficient filing system
- Coordinate and schedule events with internal colleagues and stakeholders
- Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks

**PA to CEO Experience Essentials**

You will be able to demonstrate:

- Experience of providing PA support (to a Senior Executive ideally), or several years in administration
- The ability to manage competing tasks and priorities within an ever-changing workload to determine which require immediate attention from the CEO
- Organisation and the ability to focus and multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective interpersonal skills to interact positively with all colleagues and enquiries
- Able to maintain a high standard of integrity and discretion in all professional, personnel and financial matters
- Strong knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Calendar, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- A bright, friendly, and positive manner, able to offer gentle guidance if required
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent demonstrable relevant experience
