**Temporary PA to the Director Responsibilities**

Your main duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Extensive diary management
- Assisting with producing letters, taking minutes, formatting reports and other communications materials
- International liaison
- Leading on internal communications and meetings for the department
- Travel and accommodation scheduling
- Organising and setting up calls and meetings
- Daily briefings with the Director
- Proactively seek improvements around technological communications
- Board meeting preparation

**Temporary PA to the Director Requirements**
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proven influencing and negotiating skills at senior levels, the ability to influence internally and externally, and act with diplomacy and discretion
- Proven ability to work well under pressure, retaining a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
- Experience at working as a PA at CEO/Executive Director level
- Proven ability to analyse and synthesise large amounts of complex information and communicate it simply
- Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities, challenges, and risks
- High levels of Project Management skills in complex environments
- Ability to work flexibly, be service-oriented and understand how to support busy people effectively and able to adapt readily to change
- Proven ability to develop and maintain administrative systems
- Expertise in producing minutes for key internal and external meetings
- Excellent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and databases, and a willingness to develop new skills
- Availability to travel. Time flexibility to ensure coordination with other time zones
