**Sea Freight Import Coordinator**
Office based role
Location: Howden

**Salary**: £25k-£30k (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday 0800h - 1730h
**The role**:

- Completing operational administration.
- Calculating freight quotations.
- Invoicing out and completing the job files.
- Liaising daily with clients, building relationships and maximising the potential of the forwarding business.
- Liaising with suppliers to develop reliable and cost effective services
- Raising all appropriate documentation
- General administration duties

**You will need**:

- A minimum of 2 years' freight forwarding experience in Sea Freight.
- Strong negotiating skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- IT skills
- Numerate with experience of calculating freight quotations
- Ability to build customer and supplier relationships
- Ability to prioritise workload
