*Key Points*
- This is a crucial hire where you will be responsible for commissioning a brand new care home, starting with hiring the staffing team and also assessing new residents.

*Home Manager Experience Requirement*
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care /Social Work Qualification
- At least one year of experience and proven track record in the management & delivery of high-quality elderly care within a residential care home
- Have experience or understanding of commissioning a Brand New Care Home
- Confidence in your knowledge of CQC regulations and you have worked in a care home where you maintained a Good or higher, CQC rating
- Possess strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive KPIs such as; occupancy, staffing, recruitment, compliance & networking to ensure the company's long-term success
