Service Technical Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Technical Administrator to join our team in Leicester.
**Job role summary**:
The successful applicant will form an integral part of the administration team, they will support the end-to-end service delivery requirements for our patients, including speedy and accurate response to referral and appointment management, order processing and the support of clinicians within the service. As well as this the role holder will have reception and administration duties, ensuring accuracy of information and maintenance of department systems and processes.
The working pattern for this role is Monday - Thursday: 08:00-17:00 and Friday: 08:00-16:00 (39 hours per week).

**What experience you will need**:
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Good IT skills;
- Able to use own initiative and seek advice when required;
- Good team player and excellent customer service skills
