**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- General administration and support to the Directors and Team as required
- Record Keeping & Filing
- Ad hoc project support for the team as required
- Set up of new staff members across our hospitality sites
- Ensure Sub-Contractor/ Supplier Insurance documents are received annually upon expiry
- Support in the production of company compliance documents and ensuring all insurances are in place
- Continuous improvement and implementation of processes across the business
- Other general administration duties as required
- Ensure clean and tidy offices that represent a professional business operation

**Accounting Experience (Essential Skills)**
- Book Keeping Experience using Xero
- Basic Understanding of Company structure & accounts
- Credit Control Experience

**Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Education**:

- Proven experience in a busy office environment (Event & Hospitality Experience preferred but not essential)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional, mature telephone manner
- Excellent problem solving skills, able to use initiative and common sense to assist the Team, Clients and other stakeholders, working independently but seeking guidance where necessary
- Efficient and exceptionally organised, meticulous planning skills, able to multitask and keep focused on achieving priorities in a busy environment whilst remaining calm and professional
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy
- Logical methodical approach to projects and tasks
- Flexible “can do” approach
- Strong numerical and literacy skills
- Professional, personable and confidential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £12,261.00-£26,394.00 per year
