Our Communications and Engagement Consultant helps Atlanta to engage our colleagues by creating compelling content, whilst both developing and managing our communications channels. This role is ideal for someone who loves creating purposeful stories, with a strong focus on engagement and culture initiatives, working with across all functions to deliver high quality operational communications for employees.

**How will you do this?**

Joining our fun Communications & Engagement team, you will help us bring our communications and engagement strategy to life, by managing our key channels and creating exceptional content which reinforces our corporate narrative whilst building builds audience engagement. You will deliver engaging and purposeful communications, primarily for an internal audience, as well as projects and events, supporting business strategy and key engagement activities.

With an organised approach, you will drive effective methods of planning to manage content across communications channels. This includes supporting our communications schedule, working with communications contacts across the business to ensure messages are always aligned, as well as developing communications plans that support business priorities and change programmes.

With passion and pace for everything you do, you will working on a range of projects, both in a lead role and as part of the wider team, ranging from employee awards programmes, CSR initiatives through to IT or regulatory change projects. You will take a lead delivery role in annual employee awards, charity events, leadership conferences with support of in-house events colleagues. Always proactive, you actively find and create engaging content and stories across the Group that can be shared across employee channels whilst supporting our communication channels such as our Intranet, always looking for ways we can improve it.

With your prior communications experience, you already know how to work effectively with stakeholders across the business to develop content and campaigns that are tailored for target audiences and channels, both proactively and upon request. A natural relationship builder, you will collaborate with colleagues across the business encourage the flow of information to the team. You will also personally deliver leadership communications services to members of the Atlanta executive team.
