As a **Communications & Engagement Consultant** **(Mid-weight) **at Forty1, you will work with clients across a range of sectors to shape and deliver the employee engagement and internal communications initiatives that deliver lasting change in culture, behaviours and actions.

You will primarily be
- Developing insight rich audience personas
- Design and implementation of employee listening programmes
- Creation of story / value proposition development
- Development of integrated internal communications campaign plans

You will work with a diverse mix of global clients to design, develop and deliver employee engagement programmes, from strategy, planning and content generation to measures, metrics and reporting.

Our office is based in Manchester, however we will provide the opportunity to work flexibility between the office and from home.

**What you'll be doing**:
While no two days are the same, activities are likely to include:

- Development of integrated internal communications campaign plans
- A good understanding of the channel mix inside organisations, with particular focus on digital channels, including social
- Development of content strategy
- Development of insight rich audience personas
- Design and implementation of employee listening programmes
- Creation of story / value proposition development
- Communications roadmap planning and development
- Development of insight rich creative briefs
- Content development across multiple channels
- Liaison and briefing with creative teams
- Review and challenge of creative development
- Development and presentation of ideas to clients
- Support for workshop design and facilitation
- Support with new business / pitch projects

**What we're looking for**:

- have agency side experience, or experience briefing and working with creative teams
- have experience campaign planning inside organisations
- understand how to use digital tools inside organisations to supercharge your creative
- be able to bring clarity and structure to technical and complex content
- be able to analyse business and employee issues
- take a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement
- be able to express your ideas and point of view, clearly, simply and robustly (both verbally and in writing)
- be able to quickly establish personal credibility and expertise internally and externally
- be a natural collaborator who will work happily with internal teams and clients
- be confident working with clients at all levels
- have an interest in culture shaping and people engagement
- have experience of internal communications, especially around HR
- have a warm, positive and open personality
- enjoy working as part of a smart, creative and diverse team
