Is between 22 and 65 years old to meet our insurance requirements
- Loves to engage with customers and delivers excellent levels of service
- Takes ownership of customer needs and complaints
- Can take payments and bookings
- Manage Social Media Platforms
- Has good communication and time management skills
- Maintains a professional appearance
- Is flexible to work on weekends
- Ownership of a full clean GB or for a minimum of 24 months
- Previous customer service experience in a premium environment strongly desirable
Skills & Attributes
- You will have experience in service sector relevant to our business (retail, hotel industry, catering, hospitality, or service division).
- You distinguish yourself through your service-oriented way of thinking and value of work in customer service role.
- You must have exceptional leadership and communication skills,
- You are committed to continuously, delivering the highest level of service to ensure complete customer satisfaction and maximising branch performance. Coordinating and optimising all processes in the branch. Ensure Company's insurance guidelines are adhered to in order that risk of theft or damage to vehicles are minimised.
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
