**What you’ll be doing**

As a Servicing Compliance Operative you’ll spend your time travelling around our communities ensuring a set programme of tasks is completed. This will include weekly bell testing, emergency lighting testing, weekly low usage outlet flushing and other building/compliance related checks and services.

You’ll use a PDA whilst at work (electronic recording system) so you’ll be happy using a smart phone or tablet as the skills needed are very similar.

You’ll be given the use of a company vehicle for the role so it’s important for you to have a full clean driving licence. We are looking for two positions, one to cover stock in Cornwall and the other to cover stock in Devon.

**About you**

It will be ideal if you’ve worked in a similar role before, you’ll understand that the job does not require supervision but you’ll be happy to step up and support colleagues as needed.

Doing a good job, ensuring quality is always maintained will be important to you. You’ll be confident in following instructions and will be able to plan and organise your daily workload.
