Situated in Zone 5, Sutton is less than 30 minutes by train from central London, and south and south west London are easily accessible by public transport. There are 10 train stations which serve key neighbourhoods within the borough providing direct connections to London Victoria, London Bridge, London Blackfriars and St Pancras International. Sutton also has direct rail connections with Epsom, Dorking, Guildford and Horsham, as well as Wimbledon for an interchange with the London Underground and West Croydon for the London Overground. There’s also an extensive road network which provides close and easy access to the M25 and M23.

**About the Role**

In this role, you are crucial to the running of the Family Information Service. You will be keeping information updated from childcare providers to debt advice and community support groups. Sutton Family Information Service is a busy service and is often the first point of contact for a family looking for support or information. You do not need to have all the answers, but you need to know where to find them.

**About You**

We are looking for a motivated and highly organised person to be part of our team whose role will be central to the day to day running of the Sutton Family Information Service, which is delivered with the customer in mind with empathy and consideration for the diverse needs of service users. You will be an excellent communicator with significant customer service skills in order to provide a warm, welcoming and efficient virtual front of house.

Excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise your own workload and multi-task are key components of this role. You will be required to use multiple databases and IT systems to record daily enquiries and assist with monitoring and performance and therefore experience of different systems would be beneficial.
