REED Talent Solutions are working with a local authority in Central Manchester to find a Complaints Coordinator on a temporary basis.
Length of role: Initial 6 months
PAYE rate: £15.11 per hour.
- **The role**:

- To be the designated complaints coordinator responsible for the efficient investigation and processing of incoming complaints within the Highways Service in order to meet the Manchester City Council’s Corporate Complaints Performance standards._
- To ensure that systems are in place to monitor and to ensure that accurate and timely recording, acknowledgement and responses to complaints are made._
- To act as the first point of contact for members of the public who wish to make a complaint under one of the procedures._
- To develop strong and effective working relationships with members of the Highways Service to establish robust mechanisms for performance to support continuous improvement within the service._
- To contribute to the continuous improvement of the complaint’s process reviews, drafting associated reports, communications materials and implementation._
**Experiences required**:

- Communication Skills: Demonstrates and understanding of the views of others and communicates in a realistic and practical manner using appropriate language and medium, listens attentively to views and issues of others and responds to issues arising._
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrates strong analytical skills to investigate complaints, interpret complex information both verbally and in writing producing clear and accurate findings._
