We are looking for a **College Services Advisor** to join our team.

As College Services Advisor, you will be primarily responsible for providing information, advice, guidance, and support to the college's international students. Your work will cover all aspects of the student life cycle, from induction and registration to assessment and examination to progression to the University of Nottingham. A positive attitude and a willingness to support international students are needed to succeed in this role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Student Support Advisor or Customer Service Advisor, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

**What you’ll bring to the role**

**Essential**
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service skills.
- High level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interest in working in education and in particular international students.
- Experience of working as part of a team to achieve goals.
- An ability to work in a busy environment and willingness to work flexibly.
- Excellent IT skills, including the full Office 365 package and specifically Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take initiative and plan ahead.
- A knowledge of, interest in and sensitivity to different world cultures.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- A strong commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.

**Desirable**
- Experience of working in UK education, EFL or the international student sector.
- Proficiency in a second language.
- Experience of working with large scale databases.
- Experience of working with students aged 16 to 18.
