HR Assistant

SF Recruitment are currently working with a growing business based in the Maidstone area. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your HR career, being given exposure to all areas of HR.
**Salary**: £20,000
Hours: 37.5
Office working (may consider working from home 1-2 days per week)
Role
- Provide admin assistance with recruitment, contracts, and other general ad-hoc duties
- Rebranding job descriptions
- Uploading vacancies onto job boards, filtering CVs
- Assisting with new starter paperwork, i.e., offer letters and contracts
- HR system management, inputting new starters onto Breathe HR and ensuring employee records are up to date
- Supporting HR Business Partner with queries by being first point of contact for all queries and understanding when to escalate
- Dealing with policy and procedure queries
- To assist with implementing HR policies and procedures
- Support on HR projects, current project early careers kick start programme.
Required
- Degree/CIPD or equivalent in Business Studies/HR/Marketing or Psychology
- A minimum of 2 years administration experience preferably within HR
- Experience of in-house recruitment
- Accurate
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
