Deputy Directorate Lead

The Primary Care, Community & Therapies (PCCT) Urgent Community Response Services, which include Single Point of Access, Virtual Ward UCR2 and UCF-Fall, IFD, Comm DVT and OPAT is undertaking a series of transformational service reviews as a core element of creating a **true **Care Navigation Centre. This newly formed and establishing Directorate straddles Primary, Community and the Acute services. Offering a unique insight of both acute and community experiences. We are seeking a calm, organised leader to be an integral part of the transformation and be the lead on quality and safety.
This is a high performing Directorate but there is always more to do. We aspire to be outstanding with CQC and theDeputy will be the lead for this ambition.
The key challenge for this role will be how to lead and navigate the human behaviors which promote a positive team culture around performance. This is a post where you will be embedded in the teams, working directly with them to inspire and empower clinical staff at all levels to see the added value to patient care with high quality care which is consistent and safe.
