Over the past year, HCMUK has seen sustained growth and we’re now looking for a** Credit Controller (6 Months Fixed Term Contract) **to join our Team working from our HQ at Hebburn. Your main duties will include:

- Timely and effective collection of all parts & service debts and customers payments. Maintaining a log of cash collection expectations throughout the month.
- Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices.
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders including liaising with company departments on a regular basis to ensure timely settlement of invoices
- Send relevant letters to customers regarding overdue accounts and action any court correspondence.
- Check & process customer credit limits.
- Set up new customer accounts
- Check customer credit ratings.
- Raise payment requests for customer refunds
