**Capital Outsourcing Groups **client is currently looking to recruit the very best talent and have a unique opportunity for an experienced **Office Administrator** to join our expanding team.

This role would suit someone who has previous administration experience.
- Competitive **PAYE **Salary

**Responsibilities**:

- Data Input
- Telephone Management - Internal/External Calls
- Liaising with customers and clients
- Updating CRM system
- Developing relationships with internal and external management and engineering teams.
- To ensure the accurate completion of all documentation required to report field service performance.
- Providing relevant reports and updates as requested.
- Ensuring all work is accounted for and updates are received by the end of the day.

**You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence**:

- The ability to multitask, to a high standard with exceptional attention to detail
- Logical and methodical.
- Team player with the ability to work alone.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of good organisational skills, including managing workload effectively
- Experience working in a similar role.
