Do you have **experience working in a sales** role? Are you looking for that next great move in your career? Then we have an exciting new opportunity for you as an **Insurance Advisor** within our friendly team based in Stevenage.

Joining us as a **Insurance Advisor** you'll have the benefit of working **Monday to Friday**, just **35 hours** per week You will earn a basic salary relative to your experience as well as the opportunity to earn a generous monthly bonus. You’ll also be rewarded with all the great benefits of working with the UKs largest independent Insurance Brokers.

Work life balance is important, so once you’re feeling confident and your training is complete,you will have the option for the role to become **hybrid**, where you’ll have the option to work from home 2 days of your working week.

We offer knowledge **development** and a **structured training plan** to develop your corporate career and promote internal progression across the team and company.

- Liaising with different insurers
- Processing correspondence, renewals activity and new business quotations
- Take personal responsibility for lead generating for our sales team
- Prospecting for new potential customers
- Meeting commercial and team targets and KPI’s by maximising business and service opportunities
