**The Opportunity**

You will be a key contributor to the weekly payment processing cycle, sitting within the business operations function of the business, here we like to call this the engine room You’ll be working closely with our customers, ensuring any information we capture and input is correct and compliant, our sole purpose being that our customers are paid accurately and on time, every time. In addition to our customer process support, you will be liaising with our Quality, Payroll and the wider business teams to review how we can continuously review and enhance the customer journey.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Take ownership and accurately manage a high-volume allocation of customer support tasks
- Review customer input against our internal risk check-list
- Confirm all information is accurate and compliant
- Generation of invoices to ensure our customers are paid on time
- Work closely with our internal teams such as risk, customer experience and credit control
- Deliver on strict deadlines against defined internal targets that drive the best possible outcomes for our customers
- Skilful use of initiative to escalate anomalies whereby an error could impact the customer and their payments

**Experience**
- Managing or handling your own workload or case files
- Always willing to learn and develop
- Meeting deadlines & hitting them
- Suitable for graduates, a business-related degree or similar is desirable, but not essential
