**The job**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process, crafting tailored plans for each client to ensure a smooth transition to our platform.
- Educate clients on controls and timelines, emphasising their importance in achieving goals and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support clients, ensuring a seamless transition and exceptional service.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues during onboarding, maintaining data accuracy and flow.
- Continuously improve processes, driving efficiency gains and automation initiatives.
- Manage relationships with tech partners, contributing to product enhancement and feature testing.
- Drive customer experience initiatives, gathering feedback and optimizing client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance Specialists, and CFO Partners to ensure a smooth handover of clients, and to provide support as needed.
