**Location: Rural Office in Sussex near Pulborough and Billinghurst**
**Salary: to £38k + discretionary bonus**
**Hours; 9-5pm and office based**
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional and adaptable Personal Assistant to work for a Senior Partner of St. James’s Place Wealth Management Plc, based in lovely offices close to Pulborough and Billinghurst. You will be managing the work generated by the Partner and providing exceptional client service at all times
St. James’s Place Wealth Management plc (SJP) is a leading, and highly regarded, FTSE 100 UK Wealth Management company which distributes a wide range of Investment and Retirement products and provide holistic financial solutions to a High Net Worth client base. You will be employed by the Practice.
You will need to have the relevant experience to undertake this role, but training on systems and processes will be given, and you will have the opportunity to progress within the highly regarded SJP Accreditation framework.
**The Role: Personal Assistant**
You will be working with the Partner in all aspects of office operations including:
- Diary management and arranging appointments
- Ordering stationery and managing office budgets
- Assisting the Partner with marketing administration
- Preparing all documentation for the Partner’s meetings and ensuring client information is recorded accurately
- Dealing with third parties on a daily basis
- Maintaining the CRM system to ensure all client contact and regulatory requirements are logged
- Managing the pipeline of business through the Practice.
**The Person: Personal Assistant**
This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit an experienced, confident, numerate, highly organised and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a ‘can do’ working style. You need to be a capable and independent worker who is able take ownership of all office management tasks for the Partner to allow them to focus on advising clients.
- You have exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written, with particular focus on accurate letter writing skills.
- An excellent eye for detail and good IT skills.
- Strong problem solving skills. You are a self-starter who can manage and prioritise and work on your own.
- You are reliable with proven office management, and/or personal assistant experience.
- You will have extensive contact with clients, and it is essential that you are confident, professional and can work with total discretion.
- You will need to be highly organised and able to think on your feet
- It would be useful, but not essential, to have worked in a Financial Services or professional service environment or have a financial background
