Viewing assistants are instrumental in helping our clients find and buy or rent their dream homes. This rewarding position involves providing a first-class customer service experience. Help our busy team share our enthusiasm for our properties by delivering a friendly, welcoming and professional service to clients.

Our clients enjoy a truly bespoke service provided by our dedicated and highly experienced Partner-led teams. We have four strategically placed offices across Kent and Sussex including Battle, Haywards Heath, Pulborough and Tunbridge Wells.

**Salary and package**
- Based in our Pulborough office (Stratton House, 57 Lower Street, Pulborough, RH20 2AZ).
- Flexible hours.
- £10.42 per hour.
- Holiday pay.
- Mileage allowance.

**Responsibilities and duties**
- Accompanying applicants and prospective tenants to view properties.
- Ensure security of the property.
- Promote the benefits of each property.
- Be familiar with the local area, transport links, schools and amenities.

**Other requirements**
- Must have the permanent right to work in the U.K.
- Clean, full driving licence.
- Use of a car.

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

Pay: £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
