Sage has an exciting opening for a Salesforce System Admin to support our Sales operations functions. This individual will be responsible for Sage Global business units as part of the IT shared services organization, specifically administration tasks on the Global Salesforce system.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

- Handle support tickets for day-to-day issues, data loads and user access requests
- Educate internal customers on the most efficient and accurate usage of data: develop, and regularly review, business practices that effect customer data management and usage.
- Extensive experience in data loading tools like workbench, Data loader and import wizard or any other custom tool
- Extensive experience with salesforce quarterly releases - sandbox refresh and new sandbox deployments
- stay current with all new release updates and documentation
- Perform health check - run optimizer and security assessment on salesforce org and work on the remediation
- Perform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity and storage management.
- Manage dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, create and maintains custom objects, object relationships, standard and custom fields and process builder.
- Work with end users to provide best practices and tips on Salesforce usage including training, documentation, and support as necessary.
- Customize reporting and dashboards for various teams, provide reports and report training.
- Experience in DevOps including GitHub, Octopus tool or similar deployment tool, CI/CD pipeline and DX technology
- Understanding of Marketing, Sales, and Finance Business processes and industry best practices
- Establish and implement best practices, system maintenance, security, improvements, data integrity, duplicates, backups, etc.
- Experience in Salesforce Metadata Administration and Salesforce development using Visual Studio Code.
- Experience working closely with the business understanding requirements and translate them to technical specification followed by development, testing and delivery
- Nice to have experience working on Gearset tools including DevOps and Backup
- Experience working in Agile development process to deliver production changes using sprints.
