Now is your chance We have an opportunity for an Functional Skills Tutor to join our Training Academy of Excellence on a 6 month contract.

You will have experience in delivering functional skills Maths and English from entry level to level 2 and hold Maths and English qualification at level 2 or above.

Main Responsibilities
- You will effectively manage a caseload of functional skills learners, supporting their Maths and English development and enabling them to achieve their qualification.
- To bespoke training delivery to meet individual needs and accommodate different learning styles.
- As required, you will deliver training to learners at our Head Office in Newport Pagnell, or at other locations. You will contribute towards the review and evaluation of the training courses offered by the Academy.
- You will respectfully engage with your learners, colleagues, nursery teams and relevant external professionals, in order to effectively support your learners and their studies, and to ensure our Academy of Excellence maintains an outstanding reputation not only across our partnership but also externally too.

As a knowledgeable and experienced Assessor, you are passionate about empowering learners to achieve and excel. You are self-motivated, able to prioritise your own workload, have a keen eye for detail and are able to nurture and inspire those around you.
