**Working hours**:Full Time 40 hours per week (Part Time hours will be considered)

**Contract**: Fixed term for 12 months with a view to becoming permanent

TREAT-NMD has an exciting opportunity to join the team as Registry Network Coordinator and flourish within our growing team. The perfect fit would be someone who has an administrative background and experience working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. Experience working in a customer service role would also be beneficial as this role would a lot of involve written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

TREAT-NMD is a small not-for-profit organisation working with a global network of stakeholders to help accelerate the development of treatments within the neuromuscular field, ensuring the most promising ones reach patients as quickly as possible. We help facilitate this via educational masterclasses aimed at healthcare professionals, providing anonymised data to support researchers and pharmaceutical companies and we provide guidance on the translation and development path of drug development programs, to name but a few of our key support services.

**The Role**

Our Global Registry Network is a multi-national group of independent databases that hold data on patients living with a rare disease.

As Registry Network Coordinator, you will work closely with the Global Registries team to provide extensive administrative support and be the main point of contact for enquiries relating to the TREAT-NMD Global Registries Network. Some main duties would include, but not restricted to:

- Managing and maintaining registry records.
- Identifying and engaging with new stakeholders to join the TREAT-NMD Global Registry Network.
- Managing the registries inbox and responding to queries.
- Proactively organising meetings, preparing meeting agendas, minutes and following up on actions from those meetings.
- Assist with feasibility and scope of work (SoW) documents.
- Managing and monitoring contractual agreements, the delivery of agreed SoW and invoicing for work complete.

This role is ideal for an organised, proactive and enthusiastic individual who would be able to work independently and maintain good relationships with the network and other external stakeholders. Although experience in a similar field would be advantageous, we would provide full support and guidance related to the role.

**Essential Skills & Qualifications**
- Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or equivalent level of experience
- Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise key tasks, meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
