As one of the largest housing associations in the UK, effective management of our Heat Networks and energy usage is integral to making Home Group a sustainable organisation. Thats why we need you Youll collect, store and analyse energy data across our national housing and commercial portfolio, providing regular reporting on performance to stakeholders and delivering energy improvement projects. Youll guide customers, colleagues and partners to effectively manage Heat Networks and energy usage, benefiting people, profit and the planet How amazing is that Typical day as Heat Networks Coordinator Promoting and engaging with customers, colleagues and partners on the importance of sustainable heating and energy usage. Youll design and deliver engagement sessions that help inform and educate on its importance. Ensuring our heat network billing and management data is collated, stored and managed in a secure and robust way. Youll present information on usage in an understandable and practical way for a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders. Supporting our Heat Networks Manager and Lead Sustainability Manager to develop key processes, provide information for regulatory returns and delivery of energy efficiency improvement projects. Working with energy supplies for billing and collating management data. Working collaboratively to achieve positive results across our heat networks performance though the attendance of working groups and customer focus meetings. Youll do that here, working for a top 10 Great Place to Work in the UK Employer You bring A relevant professional qualification in energy management, environmental management, or a similar area or equivalent experience working in this field. Good knowledge and experience of working with legislation applicable to energy and carbon management. Experience of working with large, complex datasets, managing utility and asset records and analysis of data using Microsoft Excel. Able to engage with customers, consultants and colleagues to provide effective outcomes in energy measurement and improvement plans. Youll have an eye for detail, be a self-starter and be able to walk in our customers shoes and can work collaboratively to achieve our goals. Job details Full time, 37.5 hpw Monday to Friday. If you need to nip out to walk the dog or do the school run, were ok with that too Hybrid working, based from our office at One Strawberry Lane, Newcastle City Centre, from home and across our national property portfolio. Full current driving licence and access to a vehicle for work. Well pay for your mileage. Strong IT skills, able to analyse data, produce reports and complete regulatory returns.
