We have an excellent opportunity at Bolton Council due to the strategic expansion of our Corporate Property team.

The Customer Liaison Officer reports to the Head of Corporate Property Operations. You will be joining a high-performing group to coordinate a successful workflow within Corporate Property to fulfil customer requests. You will be a dedicated point of contact to receive customer queries (e.g., from residents and businesses across the borough, Council staff and elected members), and then ensure that these requests flow to the relevant functional areas within the group in order for the cases to be fulfilled. Integral to this will be operating a robust tracking process in order that all requests are responded to successfully in a timely way. The Customer Liaison Officer role is a great opportunity to work with the entire Corporate Property team and to gain experience in a wide-ranging and varied service, as well as to liaise with customers both internally in the Council and externally across the borough.

We are seeking someone who is naturally proactive, organised and results driven and must have experience of providing a high level of customer service to range of clients.

**Salary**: £28,770.00-£32,076.00 per year
