**Key Information**
- A local Social Housing Refurbishment contractor are currently looking for a tenant liaison officer to cover a long-term sickness vacancy, working in both Manchester and Bolton areas on Damp and Mould schemes
- As a business, this company are established within the Social Housing sector and work with several housing associations and councils throughout the area to complete a wide range of refurbishment schemes
- This could be a great opportunity for an experienced TLO that may lead to continuous work

**The Role**
- Liaising with tenants directly in regards to the work being completed
- Maintain and develop all tenant related activities with control and co-ordination whilst establishing close working relationships with all customers, clients and external stakeholders
- Assist in delivering excellent customer service
- Liaise with tenants to schedule appointments for works to be completed to the contractor’s timelines
- Deal with any tenant queries and liaise with the client and your colleagues to resolve

**What you need to succeed?**
- To be a successful Tenant Liaison Officer within this role, you will have strong experience working for social housing contractors/ housing associations and liaising with tenants on a daily basis
- You will be accustomed to working on a construction site and scheduling work between the tenants and your Site Manager
- Excellent Customer service and communication skills working with the site manager and teams to ensure full details can be given to the tenants
