**Experienced Evening Room Attendant - Wanted for a new, sustainable hotel in Westminster**

**About Us**:We are thrilled to introduce a brand-new and luxurious hotel in the heart of Westminster. Looking for experienced and detail-oriented Evening Room Attendants to play a crucial role in delivering impeccable service during the evening hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Room Transformation**: Ensure guest rooms are immaculately cleaned and prepared for the evening, creating a tranquil and welcoming atmosphere.
- **Evening Turn-Down Service**: Perform turn-down service, including refreshing linens, adjusting lighting, and preparing the room for a restful night's sleep.
- **Guest Comfort**: Focus on guest satisfaction by promptly fulfilling special requests, ensuring a comfortable and serene environment.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail in guest rooms.
- **Inventory Management**: Manage cleaning supplies and guest amenities, ensuring they are well-stocked for the evening shift.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Evening Room Attendant or in a similar housekeeping role within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to creating an inviting and peaceful atmosphere in guest rooms.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a time-sensitive environment.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of room cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Pay**:£12.74 basic + £1.25 tronc (£13.99)
