Creative Strategy Lead, Emea, Twitch Brand

You have proven experience leading a creative team in digital.
The mission of the Twitch Brand Partnership Studio is to empower brands to authentically engage live communities.
This senior role will lead the Creative Strategy function for EMEA, working alongside other creative functions including Program Activation Managers, Creative Producers and Influencer Relations Managers to create game-changing custom campaigns, pog-worthy live activations, and provocative new content initiatives.
The Creative Strategy Lead, EMEA, will develop and execute a regional strategy that elevates Twitch’s creative output with brands and increases revenue for the Twitch and Amazon business.
Key job responsibilities
As the Creative Strategy Lead, EMEA, you will manage a team of creative strategists across the region as they conceptualise and pitch large-scale, high profile advertising campaigns for Twitch’s most important brand clients.
You will bring strong creative chops and continuously drive creativity and innovation across the region. You will strive for high creative standards and support your team to continually improve through inspiration and coaching.
You will be a strategic partner to sales, insights and marketing to elevate the Twitch GTM advertising pitch and win client fame.
You will partner with media agencies, creative agencies, and brand marketers throughout Europe to attend regional pitches and evangelize on behalf of the Twitch service.
In addition to being an inspiring creative leader, you are also a strong operator.
- You ensure all creative concepts are viable and well articulated.
- You will support the region to achieve its core business goals of driving revenue by supporting sales and sponsorships.
- You will ensure client success by clearly communicating KPIs and ensuring expectations are aligned.
- You will improve processes to prioritise and use resources effectively.
- You will collaborate with all teams across the broader organisation.
**About you**:
- You have proven experience within a dedicated creative team at an agency, brand, or media platform.
- You’re a storyteller at heart, and are able to deliver at a high level in both written and verbal form to clients at a senior level.
- You must be familiar with the RFP process, reading between the lines of marketing briefs, clearly defining brand problems, and crafting compelling solutions backed by cultural insights.
- You should have an understanding of Twitch, the Influencer space, branded content and the digital advertising landscape.
- You will have a portfolio of branded content work, solid creative instincts and high standards for campaign work.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams across markets.
