**About the Charlotte Tilbury Brand**

**About Your Role**:
You will act as the ultimate brand ambassador managing the education and development of Retail Artists and Managers within your specific retailer. Through both physical and virtual trainings, you will upskill your team whilst ensuring that the Learning Management System is accurately managed and fulfilling its maximum potential.

Working in collaboration with the relevant Field Sales/Field Training manager you will ensure there is a clear devised people plan and strategy for the retailer of which you are accountable for delivery.

You will constantly define and adapt the education approach based on specific retailer commercial business needs, whilst always ensuring that the Brand ethos and purpose is represented to our customers in the right way. You will be the trail blazer for exceptional service in stores through shop floor observation and in the moment coaching whilst leading by example with social advocacy both independently and through the team.

**Requirements**:
**_Taking direction from the Regional Education Manager, support the effective and inspirational delivery of all defined training materials across:_**
- The Charlotte Tilbury ‘Magic Experience” service model and intermediate artistry development
- Full Curriculum facilitation of retailer team including induction, social and developmental training
- Supporting the operational business management & retailer education strategy across key doors identifying priorities and implementing local initiative.
- Facilitate new launch NPD and Skincare Training
- The Learning Management System Monitor KPIs to measure the impact of training delivered, providing feedback to the relevant Field Sales Managers and Field Training Managers adapting training based on the feedback from the wider team to ensure all educational content is impacting and driving KPI results

**_Working in collaboration with the Field Sales/Training Managers, define a training and development plan for your retailer to deliver KPI expectations, covering:_**
- Accelerating high potential/high performance individuals using the development pathway and certification process
- Managing and addressing under-performance
- Peakon and engagement feedback
- Login, completion & engagement on the Learning Management System
- Optimising social advocacy within the retailer
- Succession planning for the retailer based on skill set opportunities

**_Deliver the agreed training plan for the retailer within the defined timeframes reflecting the changing needs of the business via: _**
- Regular, effective, and focused store visits with clear objectives, agreed KPIs and rigorous follow-up
- High quality virtual and physical training sessions
- Feedback and contribute when necessary to regional retail evolutionary projects, working cross functionally to provide relevant customer insight.
- Support area meetings delivered in collaboration with the Field Sales/Training Managers
- Leading by example on counter and online during all events, meetings, and trainings.

**Reporting Relationships**:

- Reporting directly to Business/Store Manager for specific Retailer with a dotted line to Regional Training Manager
- Collaborating with Field Sales/Training Managers and Pro-Artist(s)
