The County Hotel, Chelmsford is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and passionate individual as Breakfast Supervisor on a part-time basis.

**The Company**

The hotel is a 4 star city-centre 58 bedroom hotel, featuring the award-winning 1 AA Rosette Samphire Restaurant with busy conference and banqueting facilities in the heart of Chelmsford.

**The Role**

Lead the Food & Beverage team on breakfast shifts.

Assist the Food & Beverage Manager, Assistant Food & Beverage Manager and Bar Supervisor in the running of the department.

Provide guests with all service and assistance connected with their food and beverage experience at the hotel.

Delivering four star service to our guests within the restaurant, bar conference & banqueting facilities, as well as for alfresco outdoor dining and room service.

Offering good levels of rapport in our restaurant for breakfast and brunch.

Having natural hospitality charm and a real passion for service.

The ability to communicate effectively with all members of staff and management and paying close attention to detail is imperative.

The shifts for the role of Breakfast Supervisor will generally include 07:00-12:00 and 08:00-12:00, however, alternative shifts may also be required for business needs.

**Experience**

This would be the ideal role for an experienced Team Leader or new Supervisor within hotels.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: Up to £10.70 per hour
