- 3 minutes agoWe are looking for a Labourer to work in Bromsgrove starting ASAP.

This will be a temp to perm job, **no CSCS required**. Hours will be 37 hours per week, Monday
- Friday. You will be working within the neighbourhood, supporting the community repairs team in Bromsgrove.

**Job description**:

- Collecting fly tipping, tidying up binstores prior to the refuse rounds and helping to empty void properties prior to works.
- Support the Repairs Manager(Voids) to effectively manage and dispose of waste collected in line with processes and procedures
- Where identified, work within customer's or empty properties to assist in cleaning and clearance of properties and gardens.
- To assist with the relocation and storage of goods.
- To work alongside repairs operatives to complete responsive repairs and grounds maintenance.
- Giving due consideration at all times to the health and safety of self and others.
- Ensuring the security and condition of vehicles, plant and equipment

**Job requirements**:

- ** Clean driving licence.**:

- **Experience working with a flat bed.**:

- ** DBS- or willing to go through a DBS check.**:

- ** Confident with IT**:

- ** Previous experience in social housing (not essential)**
