**This a 12 month fixed term contract, maternity cover. Potential for a permanent role depending on performance**

**The Package - What you could earn**:

- Basic salary negotiable depending on experience
- Hybrid role 2 days a week in the office
- 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday

**Administrator - Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Work within the team for Seed administration. Sales order and Purchase order processing
- Pricing Purchase orders with internal confidential price lists
- Accurate record keeping of amendments and correspondence with suppliers and internal customers
- Administrative support to cover seed orders for regional depot staff absence
- Seed distribution. Creating logistics paperwork for our third party and dealing with logistics enquiries as they arise
- Be a point of contact for seed related enquiries, shared responsibility of answering the main line and diverting incoming calls
- Confident telephone manner to speak directly to Suppliers, Agronomists, and Farmers as appropriate
- MZ Excelerator distribution in the spring, managing stock levels
- Placing orders, follow up conversations with depots and chasing deliveries
- Providing reports for the Fertiliser Manager on request
- Potential for cover for commercial queries - Requesting prices from suppliers, liaising with agronomists.

**The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience**:

- Be a good team player, but also comfortable when managing tasks individually
- Good level of IT literacy, in particular Excel and experience on sales order processing systems
- Strong administrative skills with an eye for detail
