**Room Lettings and Customer Experiance Representative**

Location: Southampton/Basingstoke, UK
Type: Part-time, Self-employed

**Salary**: £15 per hour + small comission for filled room

Our small, family-run business, specialising in managing HMOs (Houses in Multiple Occupation), is looking for a motivated **Room Lettings and Customer Experience Representative** to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to play a vital part in ensuring our properties are well-managed and that our tenants receive top-notch service. Ideal for someone seeking flexible part-time work, this position allows for significant involvement in the day-to-day operations of property management while contributing positively to the lives of our tenants.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **End-to-End Viewing Support**: Conduct both virtual and physical viewings, providing a warm introduction to our properties.
- **Tenant Onboarding and Offboarding**: Handle the complete onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for all tenants.
- **Issue Resolution**: Act as the first point of contact for tenant and landlord queries, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- **Property Inspections and Maintenance**: Carry out weekly property inspections, fire alarm tests, and oversee cleaning standards to maintain property conditions.
- **Administrative Tasks and More**: Manage ad hoc administrative duties and shopping to support the effective running of properties.

**Requirements**:

- **Transportation**: Must own a vehicle and have a valid driving licence.
- **Availability**: evenings and weekends
- **Self-Employment**: This position requires self-employment, offering you control over your workload and schedule.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in lettings is welcomed but not essential. Those with experience in managing full property portfolios may be considered for expanded responsibilities.
- **Skills required**: Strong sales skills, customer service ethos, problem-solving abilities, excellent organisational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
- **Person specification**: Friendly, approachable, assertive, organised, punctual
