Netbox Recruitment are working exclusively with a local manufacturing company to recruit for a brand new administration role to the organisation, the of a Production administrator will support the production manager with day to day production reporting andanalysing aswell as training administration.

Working in a fast paced and dynamic environment you will be joining a friendly and supportive company. You will be based in the production office working autonomously to generate and analyse production reports.

As a Production and Training Administrator, you will have previous administrative experience within an office environment, Graduates will also be considered. The role of a Production and training administrator will require a confident communicator who cantake ownership and work within an autonomous environment. A keen eye for detail is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and analyse KPI reports - including productivity, hours worked, JIT etc
- You will work with Power BI (Full training given) and Excel so a confidence in reporting is key
- An analytical and numerical mind set is required as you will analyse data and identify trends to help improve the production teams output
- You will coordinate and administer training for technicians - bringing the training schedules upto date and improving the administrative process

Ideal experience required
- Advanced excel skills, pivot tables and Vlookups - if intermediate training can be provided
- MRP or ERP system experience - Training also available
- Exposure of manufacturing, production administration or previous reporting or analytical exposure
- Fast learner who is a whizz with computer systems
