To ensure this complex job runs smoothly, we work closely together with our contracted distribution centre (Third Party Logistics provider/3PL) and many internal stakeholders globally.

Relationship management with the 3PL and data driven insights are an essential part in this complex environment.

We also manage the requested repack and rework assignments which are deemed to follow strictly defined processes, and are executed by our external repack service provider located in Belgium.

We are a dynamic team with a balance of skills which include: understanding and translating our customer expectations into action, delivering improvement plans in close cooperation with our 3PL, and reporting on these action plans with our internal stakeholders.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Contributing to the Slow Moving and Obsolete (SLOB) analysis in close cooperation with Finance and Supply Plan, and being responsible for the coordination of the destruction of the SLOB inventory
- Being part of our inventory ‘ears and eyes” team, and play a key role in providing insights into inventory statuses to our internal stakeholders (customer service/commercial/plan/quality/regulatory teams) through proactive information sharing
- Bringing a strong service mindset, and the ability to look end-to-end across the Value Chain and always think from the customer's experience
- Monitoring, investigating, and resolving the inventory discrepancies between the order management system (JDe) and the warehouse management system (CIEL) on a daily basis and on a global level
- Performing in/outbound and inventory move error handling activities on a daily basis and on a global level
- Supporting inter-branch replenishment flows

However, at the heart of this role we're looking for individuals who have customer focus and problem solving in their professional DNA, and a “hands-on” mentality, so if you feel this role ticks these boxes for you please apply

As well as:

- An ability to balance a busy, ever-changing workload, prioritizing tasks and taking independent decisions to ensure the work is carried out effectively and efficiently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; you'll thrive on being a positive role model and team player
