Adecco are so proud to be recruiting for an **Operations Manager** on behalf of the Forensic Collision Investigation Network.

The FCIN Operations Manager will be responsible for the Operational and Tactical delivery of FCIN to the Network ensuring and enabling a complete Network approach, confidence and trust in FCIN and deliver accredited activity.

**Salary**:£63,426 - £67,575

**Location**:Remote working, with requirement to travel to North Wales and Cranfield University when necessary.

**Hours**:Monday-Friday, Office hours (**Flexi-working** available)

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, motivate and engage large and diverse teams of employees staff, protecting and promoting workforce well-being to uphold professional standards and enable a high performing team.
- Manage delegated budgets as identified by the Head of FCIN, monitor and review expenditure to ensure best use of available resources and value for money.
- Plan, manage and monitor complex delivery of FCIN activities in line with the legal framework set within the S22 collaboration agreement.

**Key experience and skills**:

- Experience in managing dynamic and complex operational environments, in which decision making using a recognised framework is essential.
- Demonstrate a detailed understanding of resource and asset management
- An excellent communicator who can work on their own initiative and has a proactive and innovative approach to problem solving.
- Convincing communication, presentational and interpersonal skills are essential as the post holder will need to have credibility and the confidence when dealing with all stakeholders from FCI practitioner to Chief Constables in order to influence qualitydevelopments in other organisations.
