Residential Services for Adults with Learning Disabilities are looking for a number of Relief Residential Support Workers to join our friendly team in providing a needs-led service to adults with learning disabilities across the Isle of Man.

This is a fulfilling and rewarding role involving the support of adults with learning disabilities with all aspects of daily living. You will be employed to work in community homes within Residential Services, the Respite Service and/or Supported Living Team, so a flexible approach is essential. The posts will involve shift working, unsocial hours, waking nights and sleep-in duties.

You will be responsible for promoting independence and supporting service users in a person-centred way to make their own choices whilst becoming actively involved in the local community.

A full, valid driving licence is required for this role.

A relocation package and interview expenses are not available for this role.
