**Senior Systems Analyst (Hybrid Working)**
**SALARY**:£36,333 - £40,745

Pertemps Reading are currently recruiting for a **Senior Systems Analyst** to join a growing University in High Wycombe
Working as part of the Systems Management Team in the Digital and Technical Services Directorate, the **Senior Systems Analyst**will assist in the development and implementation of new systems throughout the development lifecycle (including design, build, testing, cutover, and support).
**As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for**:

- Adding quality to the delivery of digital transformation projects by developing expertise about a selection of systems and identifying opportunities for business process optimisation to improve organisational efficiency.
- Working with users at all levels within the business, identifying and documenting user requirements and producing the relevant specifications for enhancements ensuring that business needs are translated accurately into system requirements.
- Leading, planning, testing, and implementing system enhancements and new interfaces, liaising with stakeholders, suppliers and developers to ensure on-time delivery and user satisfaction using the appropriate project methodologies.
- Preparing, coordinating, managing, and delivering Unit Testing, Integrated System Testing (IST) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Running requirements gathering and solution design workshops, exploiting developments in system use and functionality to deliver improvements and efficiencies in business processes.
- **To be considered for this Senior Systems Analyst role, you should possess the following**:

- Experience of managing projects through the full project life cycle, managing challenges involved in IT projects and resolving complex issues.
- Experience and knowledge of business processes (preferably in Higher Education).
- Possesses highly developed analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
