Full Time, Permanent Role

As a Supervisor you will play a key role in maintaining operational and service excellence and delivering exceptional customer service. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee the daily activities of floor and bar staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere. As bar supervisor you will be responsible for making sure every pint is poured perfectly and helping customers make informed decisions on what to drink. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for craft beer and creating a memorable customer experience.

**SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES**

- _Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering and stock control, to optimise product availability._
- **Operational Support**:

- _Implement operational procedures, ensuring efficiency and consistency in cafe operations._
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- _Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular assessments and promoting a safe working environment._
- **Customer Feedback Handling**:

- _Assist in seeking and responding to customer feedback, contributing to service quality improvement._
- **Collaboration with General and Assistant Managers**:
