**Front of House / Reception**

Location: London (3 days a week) Tuesday - Thursday

**Salary**: £22,000pa

The Front of House/ Reception will be responsible for ensuring that the office is well looked after and maintained so that it is a warm and inviting place for both employees and clients to visit.

**Job Spec**:

- Keeping the office in functioning condition, which includes:

- Ensuring all facilities are in working order, and arranging repairs where necessary
- Keeping stock and replacing of all items for refreshments and snacks i.e, fruit, biscuits, water, coke etc
- Ensuring H&S compliance (organising annual IT PAT testing, ensuring no trip hazards, keeping fire exits clear)
- Keeping the kitchen clean/tidy and dishwasher loaded/unstacked in between cleaner visits
- Organising and managing other third party contractors as needed (i.e. plumber / handy man)
- Ordering all items for team events (Thirsty Thursdays for example) and setting up of these each week including announcing that they have begun
- Tidying around office so that recycle bins remain neat and tidy, cushions/beanbags/chairs are in the right places
- Looking after meeting rooms and client meetings, which includes:

- Maintaining order of meeting rooms and booking for the team
- Catering for any internal/external meetings
- Front of House meet and greet all guests
- Maintenance of office inventory / stock, which includes:

- Kitchen supplies (tea, coffee, sugar etc)
- Cleaning and toilet products (dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid, sponges, toilet roll, hand towels etc)
- Managing the stationery and other stock (post-its, paper, pens, bulbs etc)
- Organising the post daily (post in and post out), as well as couriers where needed

IT Support (20%)
- Managing the external IT support’s onsite days (Pieter), which includes collating all tasks for him from the Group before his arrival
- Assisting with sourcing new laptops and setting up for new starters/issues with current teams
- Taking receipt of and ordering all new computers for the Group
- Selling offboarded machines to Newtons Repairs / local computer shops

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
