**Finance and Administration Officer - Manchester**

An exciting new vacancy has been created for a Finance and Administration Officer to join a not-for-profit social enterprise, based in the heart of Manchester City Centre.

**About us**

We run an accreditation scheme (the Fair Tax Mark), which seeks to encourage and recognise businesses that are open, honest, and transparent about their operations and taxes - and which pay the right amount of corporation tax, at the right time, and in theright place. We believe companies paying tax responsibly and transparently should be celebrated, and any race to the bottom resisted.

**Who we’re looking for**

We are looking for someone with book-keeping and business administration experience, excellent attention to detail, and an upbeat attitude, to support our team and our operations. You will need to be able to work in our office in Manchester City Centre.

**About the role**

You will be a valuable part of our small but growing team, working with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to underpin our operations, with tasks including:

- Raising and processing invoices.
- Recording our financial transactions.
- Assisting the COO with payroll and production of financial reports.
- Filing, ordering supplies, and other office tasks.
- Assisting with events and meetings.
