**Regional Trainer Assessor**

The role of the Regional Trainer is to have face to face visits working remotely with our Modern Apprentices in our Partners premises within the Hospitality Industry, assessing the apprentice to complete their Modern Apprenticeship in Hospitality

You will be expected to be able to work 35 hours per week and have access to a reliable vehicle as a face to face visits out in employers premises will take up the majority of your working week, there will however be a mixture of working in the office and remote working too.

It is mandatory requirement of the job that you have a clean driving licence and a car

The majority of the work will be in Glasgow and the surrounding areas, eg Braehead, Silverburn, and expect travel to places such as e.g. Greenock, Ayr, Dumfries.

Building an excellent working relationship with the Apprentice and their supervisor/manager is an important part of the job and regular fortnightly visits to employers’ business will be carried out to help the apprentice complete the qualification.

Excellent organisation, planning, communication skills are essential as you will be speaking with the employer and apprentices on a daily basis, planning appointments into your electronic diary and organising your work for each visit and then after each visit uploading your evidence of that visit into our Onefile database.

Thorough training will be given on a one-to-one basis until you are happy, confident and competent to do the job

The job is full-time Monday to Friday 35 hours a week, however, there may be occasions when it may be necessary to visit an apprentice out with these hours so a willingness for flexibility is desirable.

There is a basic salary of £22k per annum but we have a bonus system in place where you can achieve £24k + pa

Holidays are 5 weeks holiday per annum and Bank holidays are extra.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
