Save the Children has an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable, customer focused individual with strong commercial acumen and the ability to build relationships quickly to join us as a **part-time Supporter Care Advisor (3 days /21 hours).**

**_ Please note that due to the duties and nature of this work, the role will be based in our London-Farringdon office 3 days a week._**

**About you**

**Day to day In this role, you will**:

- Answer a wide range of enquiries about fundraising and our organisation
- Take credit card donations and set up direct debits
- Track and record all incoming and outgoing communications on a contacts database
- Proactively resolving complaints in line with the complaints policy
- Deliver a high level of customer service to increase supporter value and reduce attrition rates.

**To be successful, it is important that you have**:

- A ‘can do' attitude, proactively looking for ways to improve the support on offer and remove barriers that have the potential to hinder.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- An ability to build strong relationships with customers, and to cross-sell additional ways of supporting with supporters
- A passion for supporting and helping others.
- High attention to detail
- Experience of responding to enquiries via social media
- The ability to work to tight deadlines, manage own workload and multi-task.

**Ways of Working**:

- The majority of our roles can be performed remotely in the UK. However, _due to the duties and nature of this work, the role will be based in our London-Farringdon office 3 days a week._

**Please note**: travel costs to your contracted office will be at your own expense.
