Save the Children has an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable, customer focused individual with strong commercial acumen and the ability to build relationships quickly to join us as a **Supporter** **Care Advisor**. This is an** 6-month FTC contract **to start as soon as possible. **_Please note that due to the duties and nature of this work, the role is hybrid with minimum 3 days in our London-Farringdon office._**

**About you**

**In this role, you will**:

- Answering a wide range of enquiries about fundraising and our organisation
- Taking credit card donations and setting up direct debits
- Tracking and recording all incoming and outgoing communications on a contacts database
- Proactively resolving complaints in line with the complaints policy
- Delivering a high level of customer service to increase supporter value and reduce attrition rates.

**To be successful, it is important that you have**:

- A ‘can do' attitude, proactively looking for ways to improve the support on offer and remove barriers that have the potential to hinder.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- An ability to build strong relationships with customers, and to cross-sell additional ways of supporting with supporters
- A passion for supporting and helping others.
- High attention to detail
- Experience of responding to enquiries via social media
- The ability to work to tight deadlines, manage own workload and multi-task.
