**Role Summary**:
The E-Commerce Product Administrator will support the E-Commerce, Product & Buying Teams with the creation of NEW Products & optimization of existing products across all Michael Abakhan online stores and marketplaces.

The E-Commerce Product Administrator’s main responsibilities will include:

- Support the NEW Product Introduction process through the creation and inputting of product information from product load sheets into Abakhan’s core systems.
- Support the process of launching products, including, but not limited to creation of Configurable Products, Creation of Product Descriptions, Gathering & uploading of Imagery and inputting of Attributes & Meta Data.
- In conjunction with the E-Commerce department, play a key role in the optimization of existing products, including the adding of Descriptions, Related Products, Meta Information and High Resolution Imagery.
- Work closely with the E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Administrator & E-Commerce Product & Merchandising Administrator to optimize and introduce NEW products to the Abakhan Marketplaces. Tasks here include the creation of Imagery, Kits, Linkages and uploading to the Michael Abakhan CMS.
- Liaise with & support the product & buying teams with the introduction of NEW Product, Pricing Updates, Product Retirement and other tasks as required by the Operations Manager, Buying Department & Purchasing Director.
- Support the Operations Manager, Head of E-Commerce & I.T. Support Lead with any additional tasks as required.

**Essential Skills**:

- Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Excellent Written & Communicative English.
- Initiative - Able to prioritise workload and work to multiple competing deadlines.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Previous experience within the Craft Sector.
- Previous experience working with Magento CMS.
- Data Entry Experience.

**Salary**: £20,425.00 per year
