**Job Purpose**

The Instrumentation Service Administrator is part of a high paced, high energy field service team that provides day-to-day administrative support in the effort to keep operations running effectively. This is done mainly by providing admin support to the service team**.**
- **Key Responsibilities**
- Providing support to the service engineers when out on site.
- Assign/dispatch the appropriate field service resource to resolve customer issues that arise and monitor progress to resolution.
- Take care logístical needs of service team
- Inventory Management - Maintain engineers service stock levels, issuing of parts.
- Updating all servicing records via Salesforce and IFS
- Providing customer with detailed quotes
- Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time
- **Knowledge, Experience and Technical Skills**
- Strong working knowledge of computers and proficiency with the Microsoft Office products. Experience with Sales Force or other CRM preferable.

**Knowledge, Experience and Technical Skills**
- Strong working knowledge of computers and proficiency with the Microsoft Office products. Experience with Sales Force or other CRM preferable.
